Data analytics and AI applications for building portfolios and electric utilities at kW Engineering.

As a Senior Data Analyst, I build the tools that turn raw meter data into insights. I lead the development of two platforms, both in production. EnergyAgent runs inside SkySpark and watches commercial building portfolios for faults, anomalies, and demand events, forecasting with a foundation time-series generative AI model and explaining what it flags so facility managers can act. At Cornell, it covers 400+ electric, chilled water, steam, and hot water meters plus the campus-level rollups. GridGauge turns a utility's commercial and industrial meter and market data into load forecasts, anomaly alerts, and operating dashboards. At Logan Light & Power, it covers roughly 4,000 commercial and industrial meters, and its dashboard is used by the utility's operations and resource staff. A demand dashboard forecasts meter usage for the largest customers and warns before a new monthly peak, especially one that coincides with the grid peak.
